“Police Abuse” (El Marián) Calle 24 between Carrera 17 and 19 in Bogotá. The Argentinian artist painted that graffiti in December 2015 within the framework of the Revitalization Festival, an initiative that sought to rescue some of the facades of the Santafé neighborhood, in the town of Los Mártires.
